I’ve been taking Bronson Calcium 1200 mg with Vitamin D3 1000 IU daily, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. I like the high potency formula and that it includes Vitamin D3 to help with absorption. The tablets are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, which has been an issue for me with other calcium supplements. I also appreciate that it’s Non-GMO and feels clean and reliable. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a high-quality calcium supplement for bone support. I’ll definitely keep using it.

Easy to take

I take about eight different pills a day. Four Rx and four OTC. These calcium pills are one of the three largest pills I take. I don't understand why my Rx pills are all so small that I can take them all together, but these calcium pills are large enough that I have to take them alone. Luckily, they are coated, which makes them easier to swallow than my other larger pills. These pills can be cut in half if you want to. They do not smell. They are the best value for the money that I found.

I'm an athlete, but I've had quite a few bone issues due to some underlying health and hormone issues due to a pituitary tumor. While the hormone issue was able to EVENTUALLY be treated, these helped to keep the bones strong. I have experienced shin splints frequently throughout my life, so keeping the bones and shins strong to mitigate any potential damage was important to me. While calcium does not prevent or cure shin splints, it does feel reassuring that I am providing a dose of calcium to bone density.
