Just received the product and it’s not working and also the whole body has scratches

Very low quality fan, stopped working within a minute.
This order is a hoax. The fan has a base of plastic and was scratched from all corners. I unpacked and switched it on and the motor fused off within a minute.They don't even have a return policy, only replacement. Hate it, such a money waste.
