SPROUD - Plant-Based Milk, No Sugar, Low Carb, High Protein, Long Life, Powered by Peas, Rich, Foamy and Easy to Froth (Barista Zero) (6 x 1L)

I am very fussy I have to be-I cannot keep down rice, soy & soya products & just don't get on with all the usual alternatives to Milk except this SPROUD. I Love Milk but for many reasons have to switch to something else. I was dreading the taste & waste of money but was so surprised it is helpfully neutral and creamy that I can even drink it neat & enjoy it. Don't get me wrong; dairy milk it isn't but it is just a belter of an alternative & amazing in my Teas and Coffees. I love it on cereal, a dash into eggs for a creamy omelette & on porridge. My money was not wasted and as I change from Milk to SPROUD, I'm delighted I won't be suffering. I'm going to be ordering regularly now & I reccomend this to you. It will take getting used to but it leaves the other stuff available in quality and taste in the dust as far as I'm concerned and it is making me happier and healthier. Give it a try! Well packaged, space saving, eco-friendly and great taste whilst giving me food prep options too. It stores well, has a long life and is nice I'm not so keen on 2 things: 1) I'd like the price to be at least 50- 20 pence cheaper,for what it is but the economy may be dictating the prices at present. 2) I'm not happy with the lack of availability of the product in major Supermarkets shelves and furthermore, I will be forced into purchasing this item long in advance of my immediate needs due to the fact I can't simply pop into local shops and just grab one off the shelf. Marketing and purchase power are not my thing but these issues are in fairness to SPROUD, possibly out of their reach? They are also small issues to complain about given the state the world is in. I highly commend this unsweetened Dairy SPROUD product to you, I am enjoying my tea with this in and it is outrageously good!

This milk is brilliant and has become my go-to for coffee. It's excellent value for money, foams really well, and I love that it's high in protein, sugar-free, and vegan. The fact that it's long-life is a huge bonus too, as I can keep a few cartons in the cupboard without worrying about them going off. I mainly use it for cappuccinos in my Siemens coffee machine and it performs really well. I've also had it with cereal and it was absolutely fine. The consistency is very similar to Oatly, which I like. One thing to be aware of is that it does separate a little, so it needs a good shake before use. My only real criticism is that if it's left out for too long after opening, it can develop a slightly fishy smell, which isn't particularly pleasant. That said, I suspect that's more down to me leaving it out than an issue with the product itself. Overall, a really good milk alternative that ticks a lot of boxes. All my friends have jumped on the band wagon too!

Guys! Try this. When I first went vegan 10 years ago, I bought oat milk. But alot of milks had oils in them so I switched to plenish. Just soy and spring water, and it makes delicious cream cheese. It's pricey though so I thought, to hell with it. I'll try this pea milk. When I say it's the closest tasting thing to cows milk, creamy, but without that layer of ,I don't know what, you get on your tongue. It's lovely. It's also higher in protein and calcium than cows milk. All I want to do is run out and buy some oreos, and dunk them in this milk, and i never had the urge to do that with other plant milks. It's really really really good. Did I say it was good? 😂 Edit. The high protein in this milk also makes delicious cream cheese. Perfect 👌 P.s. I did buy oreos to dunk. Absolutely bliss 😊

This is the best tasting and foaming non dairy "milk" for cappuccinos. I have given it 4 out of 5 stars, however, as I get a milder dairy intolerance reaction than to normal dairy with it, suggesting that it may be produced in same environment as dairy items. Also don't empty the carton to the very end as horrible gloopy blobs come out. The last negative is that it is quite high fat, so maybe just as well I can't make too many cappuccinos from it, but tastes so much better than most other "milks" and doesn't contain gluten like most oat milks. Shame we can't produce a decent tasting pea based non dairy milk in the UK to save the air miles importing this, but for now I'm selfishly glad to have this.

As someone who can't have dairy this is a great substitute for milk. I've used hot drinks and in cooking and I've never been disappointed. One little tip is that if you put it in hot drinks wait a little while for it to cool down slightly otherwise it does curdle a little. Has a nice flavor and doesn't give you that bitterness or weird taste that you get with soya or coconut milk. Very versatile and will be sticking to this for now.

I suffer from IBS so have avoided lactose for years. I find other milk substitutes are either too weak and watery or upset my stomach... but I'm so glad I tried Sproud. It's creamy enough to make a fabulous latte, and yet allergen free so very easy to digest. Like other reviewers I just wish it was more widely stocked, and would love coffee chains to start offering it as an alternative alongside oat, soya, almond, etc... Strongly recommend giving it a go.

This product is absolutely amazing! I decided to try it because I always feel bloated when I drink other alternative milks, and this one has been such a great discovery. It’s high in protein, which is a huge plus for me, and it feels much lighter on my stomach compared to others I’ve tried. It works incredibly well with hot chocolate and mushroom powders it blends smoothly and gives a lovely, creamy texture without overpowering the flavor. The consistency is very similar to almond milk, but I actually find it even more enjoyable. It’s smooth, not too thick, and not watery either just perfect. The only small issue was that I received the unsweetened version instead of the barista one I ordered. However, Amazon refunded me immediately, which I really appreciated. Great customer service! I’ll definitely reorder the barista version as soon as I finish this box because I’m really curious to try how it froths in hot chocolate. Overall, the taste is very nice, clean, and pleasant. I honestly LOVE IT. I’ll probably alternate it with almond milk, but this has definitely become one of my new favorites. Highly recommend!
