This really useful and helpful weighted vest to use when doing many different exercises doing great job I must admit, it's very comfortable, quick and simple to put on and take off too, but I mostly like that it looks like really good solid quality for long time of use.It also has LED reflective belt plus outdoor headlight.There are also included 10x weight packs (1lbs each) and can be adjusted from 2 lb to 10 lb.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.
