A nice change from chocolate, strawberry and vanilla!
This has a great taste and is a pleasant change from chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. It is not thick and chalky like some other mixes. This blends well with milk which adds more protein. It also has a great calorie to grams of protein ratio. I always look for something that has 2 grams of protein for every 10 calories and this one hits the mark. If you are really hungry/thirsty after a work out you can double up and get 50 grams of protein for just 250 calories. Highly recommended.
