My robot had issues after 6 months and when I brought it to maintenance I was informed that there are no parts to proceed with the fixing. I contacted Xiaomi and they informed me that they can only provide parts to products purchased on their store, even I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the parts I needed. I am very disappointed because they product is great, they just need to get their customer service improved.

Prodyct works fine... Until it breaks... My robot had issues after 6 months and when I brought it to maintenance I was informed that there are no parts to proceed with the fixing. I contacted Xiaomi and they informed me that they can only provide parts to products purchased on their store, even I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the parts I needed. I am very disappointed because they product is great, they just need to get their customer service improved.

The robot has a navigation failure from day one. It moves chaotically, cannot follow straight lines, cannot build a correct map, and cannot return to the dock. I performed full reset, app reinstall and firmware update, no changes. This is a factory navigation defect. I request a replacement or a refund.
