I bought these as was referred them by a friend ,I took one a day for a week and sometimes I took two at a time , and boy do they clear you out , I’d be going after every meal even the next day so make sure you are near a toilet , they are fab if you need a detox

Really does help
Having seen this product advertised on social media, my mum wanted to give them ago as she suffers from Diverticulitis and has problems going to the loo. Reading the reviews others found it worked for them and so we bought them. To start mum took just one capsule daily after her meal and had no problems going to the toilet the next day, however I do recommend not taking these daily as they truly work and did cause mum to end up spending a lot of the day in the bathroom. Mum now takes them once a week if needed, would recommend these and will buy again when they get low.

Like the name says rhurbard as in rubbish I bought these after reading the reviews, they didn’t do anything for me, still bloated and didn’t clear me out

It’s a good laxative but gives me tummy ache
This is a really good supplement for helping you go to the toilet but if you have a sensitive gut, I recommend you only take for a few days at a time.On the first tablet nothing happened for 24hrs then I had really awful intestinal pain like I was going to have diarrhoea on/off all day (I didn’t though). The next day I was pooping for England. This stuff really clears you out! I’ve taken it for a week now and still pooping loads. I think I’m going to have a break from it next week and use again in a few weeks and use it more as a detox cleanse rather than a daily supplement. I don’t really like the pain that comes with the laxative effect.
