Great if you want a timer for 7 minutes 43 seconds
I love these timers, to they look good and they're very effective with my toddler. However we only today noticed that the ten minutes timer does not even last 8 minutes!! I would love to get a replacement and look forward to receiving a response please. Unfortunately window for a refund has closed. We didn't think we need to check they were correct....

Solid, sturdy timer
Does exactly what I want - a visible reminder of the time for my toddler whilst potty training. He has taken to it well and understands when we set the timer and can keep a visible progress of how much longer he has left.Build quality is good, all hard plastics that so far have held up to being dropped several times on our kitchen tiles and being transported roughly by little hands. If I could complain, it would be that the time label is a sticker rather than a print, but it’s a trivial non issue. I plan to buy shorter timers as well.
