I have been using these for about 4 months and they definitely help me fall asleep faster. I used to take other pill form options and I found that some of them bothered my stomach, but now that I use the patches, I don't have to worry about that. I find that I sleep better through the night using these.

These disks smell like strong perfume, which I find offensive. I used them 3 nights in a row. All 3 nights, I woke after about 3 hours and couldn't sleep. Not sure why these don't work for me, but it was a waste of money. Phew - that awful smell.

It’s works ! I was skeptical but nothing else worked. I’ve tried supplements, melatonin, you name it, but this works ! It has a pleasant smell, very relaxing and soothing scent. No skin reactions either and I’m allergic to everything! I’ll definitely be purchasing again .

I really like these patches, but the last ones I ordered had almost one whole sheet with defective patches. They would not release from the paper and when I did peel them off there was no tacky glue on them to stick to my arm. That was a bit discouraging.

Helps you sleep but why such a strong fragrance on the patches? So strong I have to place the patch on my feet so as not to have to smell it all night.

This patch allows me to sleep through the night! Will recommend and re-order.
