I used to use a small handheld red light therapy but got really inconvenient having to hold it for 16min or so moving it on different areas of my face. Then I found the INIA mask and love it. It fits well but if it's on too tight it will leave some marks around the nose area. I use the blue light in the morning and red light in the evening as part as my down time. I find it very relaxing. I only wish they had an automatic timer that would switch off at 10min usage. I use my timer on my watch. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

the mask didn't power up anymore after 3 months. INIA immediately sent me a replacement after contacting their support. Very happy about the experience and their support.

The mask itself seems fine. Too early to see if it works on my skin. Most disappointing is that the charging cord doesn’t work. Tried to contact vendor and Amazon to get a replacement be there didnt seem to be anyway to contact some one to explain that all I needed was the cord replaced. I was able to use the cord from another device.

⸻ I bought this with a lot of skepticism at first, since I’ve been dealing with acne for years and have tried many products with limited results. A friend recommended this to me and said it helped control breakouts, so I decided to give it a try. After purchasing, I used it about once every two days and stayed consistent for a month. The results were better than I expected. I didn’t experience many new breakouts during this time. Some deeper pimples did surface at the beginning and were a bit painful for a few days, but I used it together with my regular repair cream and they healed fairly quickly. I mainly use the blue light mode for acne, and it has helped calm inflammation and keep my skin more stable overall. So far, I’m satisfied with the results and think it’s worth trying if you’re struggling with acne.

I can’t believe how easy it is to assemble and for me to use, but definitely followed the instructions when they say 10 minutes is the max, but I will be doing mine every day for 10 minutes and I will be doing mine in the evening so I can have a relaxing time for bed

I've had this for barely a month and it’s going breaking down. It still works for now, it if it falls apart so quickly? The expiration date on this product might as well be one month.
