I've been experiencing severe pain in the ball of my thumb to the point that I was dropping things and tearful. My doctor ruled out arthritis and carpal tunnel through testing however, I wasn't crazy! This pain was real! So I did my own research and self diagnosed myself with tendonitis & bursitis. At that point I went to Amazon and typed that in the search bar and after looking at all my options decided to buy these. After working all day (typing) I was AMAZED how my pain had subsided by about 70%!! If the balls of your thumbs hurt and your fingers and hands are swollen give these a try! I was very impressed!

I have looked back thru all the comments. The most common comment is this thumb hole. ( This is the only down fall about this product.)when taken care of with common sense, they last.my wrist is a 6 and i ordered a small. It is tught but that is the way it is suppose to be. Within 30 minutes the pain in both my hands had dulled by half.I am in line to have surgery on both my wrist(CPS) with osteoarthritis setting in. So my hands are in constant pain.This work but please fix this thumb hole. it rubs the skin raw.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews but this did exactly what I was hoping it would do. I took up Golf recently and every time I make contact with the ball, I get a jolt of pain on the outside of my lead hand. I tried a few wrist wraps, braces etc. but they all fell off or just were inadequate. These are snug and provide nice, tight support for my wrist. I still had some pain but it was significantly less and did not last the entire round. And no, these do not interfere with my swing at all, if anything it helps to keep your wrist straight. I did not wear one on my glove hand, just the lead hand. I'm a big guy (10" wrist) and the large size provides a nice snug fit. The XL are snug as well, but for sports I want that extra snugness the large offers. You get two in the package and they can be worn on either hand. So for golf these will last me twice as long!

I am very disappointed because these contain rubber, This was not included in the description otherwise I would not have ordered them. This seems like something that should be noted front and center as latex allergies are incredibly common .I did try them on and was incredibly impressed how perfectly they fit my tiny hands. I often end up buying items like this and find them baggy as I have very long narrow hands. If only they didn't cause my hands to swell up like raspberries.I also prefer a bit more compression on the wrist joints, and found that turning the cuff helped improve compression where I like it. My wrist measures just under 6 inches, and the cuff and forearm were a bit loose.If these did not contain natural rubber I would have kept them.

This gives me great compression for my hand. Material is very soft and comfortable. Wearing it normally in the first picture. In the second picture is how I usually wear it because I have more pain in my thumb area and like to feel compression there as well. Not how it was intended, I'm sure, but it helps. I recommend

I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands and needed something more comfortable to wear. I found them in these. I will purchase again but the only down side to them is the threads start to ball up after a few wears.

I had hurt my wrist and had tendon tightness in my forearm. I was able to use these to continue working out once my wrist strengthened. I did have some discomfort from excessive rubbing in between my pointer finger and thumb when I would wear for an extended period (4-8 hours) of typing.

I bought these in hopes of using them while practicing yoga after developing some chronic wrist pain -- the feeling of having my wrist "hugged" is nice but after a while, it gets tights and sore on where my thumb/palm meet the sleeve... I can't wear these for longer than an hour, then I have to remove it.I ended up buying a classic carpal tunnel brace for $20 with velcro and it is much better for me.So in short, I feel like I spent too much money on this and would not recommend.plus side is that the blue colour is fun.

Thus far the elasticity seems to be holding up. It does cut into the area between the thumb and index finger - but not unbearable. For the price it does seem to do an adequate job. At this point I would recommend the product.
