Conseils d'utilisation : Appliquer sebclair 3 fois par jour (ou chaque fois que nécessaire) sur les zones atteintes et masser délicatement la peau.

Review: Seems great for seb derm - Like many, I've tried various products/combos for seb derm on my face (particularly forehead/eyebrows/above lips - I wanted a non-steroidal alternative as I often get it near my eyes and using steroidal creams regularly is so damaging. This cream is gorgeously smooth, and smells faintly pleasant. I basically use it as a moisturiser after washing with BioDerma Sensibio once or twice a week, then use this for maintenance daily after a water-only face wash, as well as every few days alternating this cream with Daktarin anti-fungal cream to prevent build up of nasty funghi. I think the alternation really helps keep seb derm at bay. I also wash my hair with Nizoral shampoo once a week, with a weaker regular T-Gel anti-dandruff shampoo in-between just to keep anything hidden in my scalp migrating to my face. Most importantly - the cream seems to work. I've definitely noticed much reduced redness in general, making my skin look overall less blotchy and more even in tone, and overall less spread of seb derm symptoms on my face and forehead. People have noticed how much better my skin is looking. Its not cheap, but it seems to be lasting quite nicely as you don't need loads of it to get a nice moisturised feel. I still get stubborn little patches of seb derm around my eye brows, but these feel more "targeted" now and I can sparingly use Eumovate steroidal cream to deal with them quickly just on those little patches without feeling like I'm slathering steroid cream all over my face any more. The cream also makes your skin feel soft and nice. Overall, a great soothing product - it definitely helps with the seb derm itself a lot, but its main thing for me has been that it massively reduces that overall red blotchy/slightly shiny look typical of seb derm which overall makes the skin look so much better and makes me feel more confident. Will have to see if it continues to work as well or if my bad skin adapts..
Review: Best buy ever! - I've had seborrheic dermatitis for years and have managed it fairly well by sticking diligently to my skincare routine and products I know work for my skin, with occasional use of steroid creams when that wasn't quite enough. Recently, I've had flare-ups on my eyelids and have been reluctant to continue using steroid cream so close to my eyes and on such delicate skin (and it wasn't helping that much either). I decided to try this instead and was amazed. You can actually feel the difference straight away! After one use, the stinging/burning stopped and, unlike lots of other products, it doesn't make my actual eyes blurry or sting (I also have sensitive eyes, lucky me). I continued using it three times a day for a week or so and it cleared up completely. Now, I'm using it once or twice a day as prevention and have also added in using it on other flare zones. My skin has never felt better. A little goes a very long way and it is so effective that I think the price is well justified. I'd consider it a bargain, actually.

**Q: I have tiny bumps and white dandruff on my face been using this for a week with on important how long do you use it?**
A: Sounds like you may have seborrhoeic dermatitis (SD), check out the website dandruffdeconstructed.com then look at the SD section.  It covers a scientific explanation of the condition, a list of ingredients that will exacerbate it and a number of products that people have found that seem to really help. You may need to try a few different things. I personally use cerave face wash, then biom8 oil, and sebclair followed by a cerave am or pm cream. For me that really controls it for the most part. Individual flare ups thereafter seem manageable with the sulfur cream.  Doctors will readily hand you steroid creams. They will work amazingly in the beginning but they thin the skin and you cannot stay on them. In my experience when you come off the steroid creams the situation is much worse so I would recommend just getting straight on to these non steroidal products. For me it has had a profoundly positive impact as the condition can really get you down until you find a regime to control it.

**Q: I have dry flaky skin in my outer ear. Is it safe to user this cream there ?**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can't believe I've suffered so long without this

I've suffererd with SD for over a decade, azole creams have kept it at bay to an extent in that I mostly had minimal redness and flaking but never zero and I could always feel some flaking with some redness. I would occasionally break out though. This has been a miracle for me... still use azole cream but way less (once or twice a week, and that's just because I don't want to risk going back). It's like a kind of thick emolient and a very small amount goes a LONG way... seriously, the tiniest amount can cover you whole face so lasts ages. I use it nightly (and over an azole cream once or twice a week) and my skin is perfect, zero SD! Can't recommend enough! Might seem expensive but, given how little you need and how long it lasts, it is excellent value for money. Just my tuppence.
