My son was needing a new charging dock for Xbox One controllers and we ordered this for him. He set it up quickly and says it works great. He did mention he liked how this one had a display with led lighting on the front which is convenient and his other chargers haven’t had. He’s a happy kid. I really liked this product. i purcahsed in August 2018 and it was working great for me. I got enough playtime for how much I tend to spend in one sitting in front of my xbox, typically 1 to 4hrs per sitting. Only occasionally would I need to trade one battery for another, so it was pretty easy to play for as long as I wanted. I was quite happy with it.... fast forward------->Until about a month ago when one indicator on the charger always shows RED as not fully charged and I cannot even swap it in as it will only last like 30-60mins before it is dead and that is problematic because my other battery is NOT fully charged in that amount of time so I am left playing corded until it charges and that is annoying... I am currently going through the warranty process I will update this as I see what the vendor will do for me...

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this controller stand. I've bought them in the past for XBOX and PS4. One was just "okay" and the other was so bad that I had to return it. This one was what I wished I would've gotten before. First, one complaint. As you can see from the photos, the box I received was torn. Regardless, I could tell that the product inside the box was definitely new and packed well. The tear probably happened in a warehouse or shipping. As far as the actual device, it's fantastic. It has everything you need to power two controllers or to use one of the power packs as a backup. The actual stand lights up red for "charging" and green for "ready to go." Now here's what I really liked. I was able to change the battery packs with or without being attached to the controller. In the last picture, I have the controller in the first slot, and behind it I have just the battery pack, and both lights are on. The other nice thing is you can actually use this to charge a PS4 controller as well (although it's marketed just for XBOX). If you remove the cord from the stand, you can plug it directly into a PS4 controller and charge it. The only thing that this falls a bit short on is battery life. It's not going to last you as long as putting AA batteries in, but it will more than likely give you some solid hours of game time before you would need to charge it. It also charges reasonably fast. It looks nice, does what it's supposed to do, and worth considering.

This is a great product. I like the sleek look to it. The batteries last a good 2 days being used rather heavy between myself and 5 year old. The battery packs are easy to get on and off. The USB plug makes it easy to just connect it right to the xbox so you don't need to plug in another item. I have no complaints at all when it comes to this charger. I like how easy the controllers go in and charge right away. The charging indicators are nice as well. Very nice build quality as well. Batteries fit nice and snug as well. It is nice they are one piece compared to others I've had that were 2. Highly recommend this product!

This is such a handy thing for such a ridiculously small price!This set charges two wireless controllers.It comes in with the rechargeable battery for each controller (controllers not included, just in case).You take out the back door for the controller's battery compartment, take out the batteries, put in the rechargeable battery.And you are all set!No more changing batteries (and forgetting to purchase them).Just dock your controller onto the charger and it is always ready to use.Right now both of my controllers are charged and the light indicator shows green (see the picture).However when the battery is low, the indicator will light up red.My only complaint is that I did not get this charger earlier :)Thank you!

Im very disappointed with this purchase. As soon as I received this i put the batteries in my controllers and put them on the charger, after 10mins light was green so I started playing after an hour the controller died. once again I set it on the charging base and i noticed when someone walked by the light flashed from red to green, so it seems to me like any kind of vibration made it stop charging, like a week connection. when I left it on the charger all night I got may 4 hours of game-play before it died.

This is the greatest $20 ever spent. It comes with not one, but TWO charger packs. That means one can charge while the other is in use. Yes, you read that right, you can charge one even if it's not connected to your controller. You have to wiggle a bit to get it to connect, but it will connect. I love the LED display telling me which is charged and which isn't. The USB cord that comes with it attaches easily to your Xbox One and will charge even when the Xbox is off! The *only* thing I wish it came with was its own power adapter for the wall. I HIGHLY recommend this to all gamers out there. It's a great gift too!

I would love to say that this is a great product, however, the base is finicky and the batteries only work in one of our 4 controllers. Pair that with the fact that the play time for the batteries is maybe 2 hours....and well....you get the idea. Maybe we got a hold of a bad one? Not really sure. I didn't try to return it yet because we've had it a while. I wasn't aware it didn't work until I noticed my son bringing home packs of batteries from his dad again and asked. I guess you get what you pay for. I had hope.
