The picture is not accurate
If you need to replace this cartridge, note that the picture is compressed.... It's much taller than in the picture. When you first use this, it might take a few minutes for the pressure to get regulated, so just leave the water on and wait....

Worked as stated
This was an easy install and everything worked right away. Pro-Tip: Make sure you remove the old gasket from the previous cartridge before putting this one in. If not, you'll install it twice like I did. haha.
