Q: What size cell phone does this running belt hold?

I have the iPhone 12 Pro, with a slim case on the phone. It is a very tight fit to get the phone in and out. Definitely wish it was a slightly roomier pouch.

I’m not sure it would stay on a child? I guess it would depend on the size of the child. I’m short but somewhat slim and I had to tie it and then clip it while running so it would stay on.
