I consider myself a healthy person. I like to work out from time to time, nothing crazy, but enough to keep fit. But that's not the reason I've got this cute jar. Or rather Cute jar. The reason is as follows: I am working night shifts most of the time. Even though the Office is very well stocked, it is sometimes a real pain to get my hands on a proper lunch. Even more so, that as sugar and wheat intolerant person (yup, that's right), 90% of fridge's goodies get crossed out of my food list even before I lay my eyes on them. So this meal replacement shake came as a salvation. I don't care for the amount of calories in it, or that it is technically suppose to help losing weight. It does exactly what it says - replaces the meals. It is very filling, has a nice creamy texture, and definitely taste better than grilled antichokes. No jokes. I bought it out of curiosity, but it proved to be really lovely, so I'll definitely purchase more products from this brand. Much obliged, Cute, much obliged.

This is the first shake I have tried from Cute so I am unsure on the other flavours but this chocolate shake is out of this world, it doesn't have the powdery taste a lot of other shakes have and it is actually delicious. I regularly have it with coconut milk with the rice extract which is amazing, or I will use a teaspoon of coconut low calorie syrup with a drop of water and skimmed milk. You can also have it with plain skimmed milk, the flavour is still just as good. Without doubt the nicest one I have had, excited to try the other flavours but worried they will not be as good as the chocolate! If it has made me lose weight, I am not sure but I use it as an alternative for Breakfast or Lunch and keeps me full for a few hours, it definitely has kept my weight at bay as long as you do not use it as an extra in your diet you should lose weight, use it to replace a meal.

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought shake powder from cute. The vanilla flavour was to die for, my absolute favourite. Blended with ice it tasted like liquid ice cream. However I thought I’d give the chocolate flavour a go as there was good reviews about it too. I have to say though, I was quite underwhelmed by the chocolate flavour. The texture was fine but the taste,very powdery and bland. I think I shall be sticking to vanilla from now on. In regards to keeping me full- which most shakes never do! This shake by far comes out top! I actually feel full right up to lunch. I’ve mainly only been replacing breakfast but I have replaced lunch too, with a couple of pieces of fruit to keep me going, and it doesn’t seem too tricky, for someone that loves their food as much as I do, I think this is a wonderful product to curb hunger pangs!

Edit: I tried making the shake with skimmed milk instead of water, which does really help the flavour. However, the gritty texture persists and its still not very filling. I was very excited to try meal replacement shakes from Cute, as the reviews were very promising. Having some bad experience with chocolate flavoured shakes, I decided to try it anyways, again because of the positive reviews. Although this chocolate shake doesn't make me gag like some others do, it's nothing to write home about. The shake smells almost chemical and it just tastes like sweetener in my opinion. There is maybe a tiny hint of chocolate in the smell, but not in the flavour. The other thing that was disappointing to me was the thickness. It is extremely watery. After having this, I did not feel full at all and definitely couldn't make it to my next meal without eating some fruit etc. The powder is a lot finer than some other shakes, which should help mix it better. However, normally I make my shakes with my nutribullet, which completely gets rid of the powdery textures and gives a nice thick shake. Even using the nutribullet this did not get any better, and I was left with a slightly more powdery texture than I usually would have with preparing other shakes this way. The last thing that really bothered me was that the tub is not sealed at the top. There is just a bit of tape over the lid. To me this seems unhygienic as well as, there is no way of knowing if its been opened and just taped up again. All in all, the flavour isn't disgusting but it's not nice either, it is too watery and it's relatively expensive for the amount of portions you get out of it. I would not recommend this product.

Hi guys, The packaging came in perfect condition. The customer service is really good, as they care about your delivery service and the condition your deliver has been in . I have recently began using this Vanilla Meal Replacement powder. For only being two days that I have used it, I have never felt more balanced and healthier when I used this.( It would be a good idea to make your protein shake to provide fruit, as it will give you the vitamins you need aswell as just drinking this powder). It is only 130 calories, low in sugar and has plenty of vitamin A,D3 and C. Once I begin to exercise after drinking the protein shake, it boosts my engery power to be able to burn off more calories, exercise for much longer and to make you feel absolutely fantastic after your workout. I highly recommended this product to those who are thinking of purchasing this. Just make sure that you provide exercise and a balanced out diet as well as drinking one of these protein shakes!

0 star was not an option. Smells sour. Just now been delivered. For the price I hope I can return this and get a refund it's lumpy and hard with sm powdery parts. These u found good before to help curve sugary intake. But for weightloss now it clearly isn't great. Never had an issue before hand but after reading the reviews like many got tempted and this had just been delivered. Although it may be easy to use but the smell and lumps are not great. Sizing is gd but quality and taste is bad. The seal was good and on strong so i dont believe it would be due to any part of it being in open air. The lumps won't even break! They are literally rocks at this point. Full regret will change to another product.

Lovely and beautiful shake I absolutely LOVED it and I am new to shakes. Seems to me I started with one of the best. Naturally, I have done some research and I was looking for something that has high protein content. Checked the product through myfitnesspal and this one was the best in terms of protein to carb ratio. Delivered, really nice container, I love the fact that it is see through...don't know why, I guess it feels have more control and can see how much exactly I have left. But back to the flavour and consistency...it honestly a lovely strawberry flavour not too sweet fresh and easy to drink. I was looking forward to it every time. Also lost some weight since drinking this but I have made other alterations to my intake like a smaller sized container for lunch and skipping dinner once or twice a week. The only downside I have to say is the price. As much as I loved it I am now onto finding something good as this but cheaper because it lasts about a week for me and I cant keep up buying 4 of these a month. Shame. I would be buying this pretty much every week if it was maybe around 1/3 cheaper.

I have tried the strawberry, vanilla and the salted caramel so far, they are all delicious, the strawberry is my favourite. I've tried each with water, almond milk and coconut milk, all absolutely great. I am a breakfast waitress so I start work at 6am, which is way to early to have breakfast, I prepare my shake in the evening and keep it in the fridge, then I drink it before I go to work, I'm on my feet for 7 hours straight running around a restaurant with the temptation of food, since I have been having these shakes at 5am I can work my whole shift without picking food at work, I've also noticed at meal times I get fuller quicker. I am no good at dieting, I only have the one shake a day purely to get me through until I finish work, I usually start to get hungry 5 hours after I had the shake. I would definitely recommend these shakes. They are delicious and make you feel full.

Ich habe den Shake mit Cookie Geschmack und Vanille bestellt die sind beide super lecker. Ich wollte Mal was anderes probieren und habe Banane probiert das schmeckt so Wiederlicht und hat nichts mit Banane zu tun richt auch nach playdo knete und ist total verklebt bei mir angekommen und wie schon erwähnt schmeckt es zum kotzen aber die anderen 2 waren super lecker und helfen mir gut bei meiner Ernährung .

ich hab Pfirsich Creme bestellt und es schmeckt so lecker kann ich nur weiter empfehlen aber für die menge des inhaltest ist es mir bisschen zu teuer.

Il faut bien faire la distinction entre les produits miracles et les outils d'accompagnement à une perte de poids. Il ne s'agit pas du même type de produit qu'on peut trouver chez FEED (qui propose des boissons complètes pour une alimentation "parfaite" et non pas un produit minceur). Cute n'est pas un produit miracle. J'ai voulu essayer cette formule parce que j'avais remarqué que je mangeais "trop" en règle générale. J'utilise Cute en complément de mon repas du soir (une assiette de crudités ou une soupe), et il remplit parfaitement son rôle: - n'est ni trop gras ni trop sucré - apporte une quantité non négligeable de protéines - donne une touche sucrée à la fin d'un repas (je n'ai plus l'envie de prendre de dessert) - +/- 200kc par shaker (135kc de poudre, le reste de liquide) Concrètement, utiliser Cute en espérant maigrir par magie, c'est être naïf. En revanche, en complément d'une activité physique régulière (simplement 30 mins de marche sur la journée par exemple) et d'une alimentation saine et pas trop chargée (manger sainement est une chose, mais on peut très bien "trop" manger sainement), ça marche ! Du côté des saveurs, je n'ai pris que 3 parfums différents pour le moment. Je complète ma poudre avec du lait d'amande sans sucres ajoutés (très mauvaise idée de mettre du lait classique qui est bien trop gras et non nécessaire pour l'organisme). De manière très subjective, voici ce que j'ai goûté: - chocolat: excellent ! on pourrait croire à de la glace chocolat fondue - biscuits & crème: un peu moins gourmand que le chocolat mais reste hyper sympa (comme un goût de pâte sablée) - pêche & crème: je n'ai pas trop aimé. C'est sûrement à cause du mélange pêche/lait d'amande mais l'ensemble a un peu un goût de médicament. Petit bonus: le service client est excellent. Je me suis trompé lors de ma commande et j'ai oublié d'ajouter le shaker Cute à mon panier pour le recevoir gratuitement. J'ai juste contacté le support et j'ai eu un shaker gratuit quelques jours plus tard. En plus d'être efficace, le conseiller à qui j'ai eu affaire est très courtois et sympathique. J'espère que cet avis sera utile à quelqu'un :)

Man soll vorab wissen dass dieser Shake dich nicht gleich dünn macht! :D Dieser Shake hilft super eine Mahlzeit zu ersetzen, ich mach das immer Früh. Direkt auf dem Weg zur Arbeit Trinke ich diesen Shake und nach Feierabend habe ich erst wieder Hunger. Ich finde das Super, klare Empfehlung für den Kauf. Der Geschmack "Banane" ist für mich am besten, Cookies ist solala ich finde es Schmeckt nach rohem Kuchenteig. Aber wie man es kennt ist es jedem anders .. für jeden der eine Mahlzeit ersetzen möchte, 1A. !!!!!!!!!!!
