Ripped and previously opened box
The products inside the box are lovely and of a really good quality. Unfortunately the gift box they arrived in had quite obviously been opened before. The products had been put back in backwards and the box had been ripped when it had been opened. Because this was supposed to be a present it was totally inappropriate. I couldn’t face all the fuss of returning so I kept for myself but it was a nuisance.
