Admittedly, there isn't much help as far as included djeectinns go, but this was EXACTLY what I was needing. Quick charging my phone (a 5 year old LG V60) doesn't miss a beat. I've never actually timed how long it takes, because I tend to charge it in the car or some other place I can't keep an eye on it. Just with going by the "time remaining" on the phone's screen when I first plug it is, charging time seems less than the 20 watt charger that came with the phone. Lack of directions aside, it's but rocket science to figure out. There are included/attached USB-C, USB-A and Lightning cables. On top of the pack itself, there is a USB-A out, a USB-A QC out (it won't quick charge my phone, but no USB-A "fast" charger will either, other than the factory charger), and a USB-C/PD in/out that you can use to charge the pack or charge your phone (if you needed a much longer cable than the one that's built-in).The power level display for the pack itself is a nice touch.I have dropped it a handful of times, and it still works great. Obviously, your mileage may vary.I loved it so much, I bought a second, identical one. No issues with either one.

I just got it and I tested with a galaxy tablet. I started 22% and 1hr later got 72%. its not that fast but faster than other ones that I got. its lil heavy to have in a fanny pack but still fits. Why did you pick this product vs others?:because of the reviews of fast charging an Ipad

This power bank is amazing! My phone was only 10% left. This power bank charged my phone to 80% in 40 mins while I was still watching videos, and it only took its 16% of power. Wow! Unbelievable! It can charge my phone much faster than the charger. Definitely recommended!

Update to my previous review: This charger takes forever to charge to 100% for the actual battery. As far as charging my phone, I am not super impressed but it did its job! Lastly, I gave this review I higher rating because I was on a trip and my MacBook M4 charger stopped working and this device ended up saving me and charging my device! It’s not super fast but it served it purpose for the moment 😂🙏🏾

I just got this today.The instructions aren't that detailed, but if you actually look at the pics included in the Amazon entry, it's self explanatory.It does take a bit to charge. Surprise, it holds lots of charge. Duh. Mine came at 75 percent. It'll probably take a half hour to charge to 100. We'll see.It does turbo charge both of my USB c Motorola phones with the built in cable.Since I haven't had it for very long, I can't speak to the longevity of the product, but I'll update as needed.So far, though, so good.Cheers.

Very useful. Because it comes with a charging cable, there is no need to bring a separate charging cable.

I recieved an open box item that had been repackaged. I do not know if this is a new or used product now. The weight of the device is suspicious and leads me to think it may not boast the amp hours advertised. Its light, even for lifepo4. Time will tell I guess, but pretty annoyed at the packaging and probability the unit is not new.Edit. This product isna scam. Testing with my dead phone shows a capacity of 15,000 mah at MOST. Don't waste your time with this if you are actually looking for 40,000 mah.

Works great. The built in connectors are attached to flimsy wire. It's fine and holds its charge so it's good and I'd buy it again but I'd look for one without built in connectors.
