Good product

I’m writing this after 6 months of use. At the beginning, the battery was great and would last close to a week. But right around the 6-month mark it suddenly degraded and now it won’t even last 2 days, I basically have to charge it daily. Yesterday I went to sleep with 46% battery and the ring disconnected about 6 hours later during the night because it ran out of battery!!!! The ring/app are fine when the battery behaves, but this kind of degradation at 6 months is unacceptable for the price. It matches other reviews reporting the same issue, so it seems like a recurring problem. Unless Samsung addresses this with a replacement program or a clear fix, I can’t recommend it.

Innovative gadget, but if you have good smart watch like Garmin you don't need it.

Writing this review after 7 months, both mine and my wife's rings suffered massive battery degradation at around 6 months - battery went from lasting nearly a week to lasting less than 2 days, no warning for low battery. Its a decent enough product/app etc when compared with oura (given theres no subscription), but it suffers the exact same battery degradation - ring battery tech really just clearly isnt where it needs to be to justify this proce point

Extremely useful stats and great integration with Samsung Health and Galaxy phones.

Does what the product promises! And without subscription fees!! Good purchase.

nice for tracking sleep health and some physical activies, works for camera as a trigger too

يحتاج لك قبل الشراء المقاس لانه يختلف عن الخواتم العاديه وهذا امر مهم جدا يعني لو كنت مقاسك مضبوط زود عليه رقم وشراء المقاسات الرسميه افضل قبل الشراء غير ذلك تحتاج لهاتف جالكسي الجديد من الفئه العليا فقط (s) الترا قبل الشراء عشان تكون كل المميزات متاحه غير ذلك ماراح تستفيد عموما الخاتم يتابع نومك ونشاطك ومستوى التوتر لديك وما انصح بالشراء اذا انت هاتفك خارج نطاق سامسونج او من سامسونج ومو فئه عليا ماراح تستفيد من التجربه اتمنى التوفيق للجميع انصح به

Sizing kit comes in a nice package, great idea to purchase as it also discounts the amount you pay for the kit from the ring if you decide to buy. Make sure you get a size that fits snuggly, but also is not difficult to take on and off as you will have to do so to charge it regularly.

Good idea to have sizing before purchase.

It's merely a plastic sizing ring; there shouldn't be any problems. It's a helpful tool to try before purchasing the real ring, but unfortunately, it's pricier than comparable plastic sizing rings. I also find the actual ring itself rather expensive.
