Best way to get all your grapefruit out

In search of a grapefruit knife with a curved blade led me to this thing of which I was quite disappointed. The knife was well made and does the job of slicing through a grapefruit as it's supposed to BUT.....because it's not CURVED, most of the grapefruit is left in the shell. Bummer. Will continue my search with a similar blade with a curve.
