However, my initial enthusiasm was dampened by the lackluster instructions included in the package. Upon opening the box, I was greeted with a set of instructions that left much to be desired. They were vague, poorly translated, and lacked crucial details necessary for assembly or operation. Initially, this was frustrating and left me feeling a bit lost. However, thanks to the wonders of the internet, I turned to YouTube for guidance. After watching a few tutorial videos, I quickly gained a much clearer understanding of how to properly set up and use the product. In fact, the visual demonstrations provided by these videos were far more informative and helpful than the written instructions could ever hope to be. Once I had the hang of it, I found that the product itself exceeded my expectations. Its performance was top-notch, and it seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. From functionality to aesthetics, it met all my requirements and then some. I also want to commend the packaging. Despite the shortcomings of the instruction manual, the product arrived well-packed and protected. There were no signs of damage or mishandling during transit, which is always a relief when ordering items online. didn't like that they are covered in oil so your hands get oily every-time you touch a drawer you get hand prints. the instruction are not clear in my opinion and trying to figure it out without is very difficult. up and down and left and right functions are very basic might go 1mm each way. soft close on the runners is good and can take good weight.

Very sturdy and well made product, does exactly what says , easy to instal , additional options to adjust front drawer position makes it even more easy. Downside of this product is missing screws and specification sheet you will need to print out on your own. 1 star down for that, beside this 5 out of 5 for everything else.
