The heat (or rather, warmth) and massage function is great. Feels super comfortable. I especially appreciate the massage to the temple area. The way massage function works is by repeated inflation and deflation of imbedded air bladder, making it firm and gentle, perfect for the eyes. Blue tooth pairing is super easy. Just turn the device on and it pairs within seconds from your phone. The only thing to note is that since the sound does not come through headphones, the volume is very low, even if you turn the phone volume to the max. Maybe the next version they can make one with attached headphones to improve the sound experience.

This eye mask is wonderful after a long stressful day. It has a nice padded and heated face mask that purges and releases air to help massage you face. It gets pretty warm and also can product a surprising amount of pressure. The reason it doesn't get another star is while it has a built in sound machine, the speakers and sounds are pretty disappointing. It has Bluetooth to connect to your own devices, but you would be better off just using those next to you because the speakers are that bad. Other than that it's a nice relaxing device to use.

I don't like the default "relaxing" music these have but the only way to turn it off is to connect to the device via Bluetooth. This feels like a design flaw, especially compared to the other eye massager I used.

I have a stressful job and got this for relaxation. It massages and applies heat. Different settings and strengths. The waterfall sound is very relaxing and you have the option for your own Bluetooth music. My husband didn’t feel it was loud enough or strong enough but I thought it was a perfect amount for me. Great value!

This thing is REALLY relaxing and I'm surprised at the excellent audio quality! I haven't tried it for a migraine yet, but for general stress relief it feels and sounds like being in a spa. The sound is a relaxing creek/waterfall with spa piano music and it masks the buzzing of the massage vibration/inflation a bit so that you don't focus on it. Of course you can add your own music via bluetooth...but I like the spa music best to relax. The other thing I love about it, is that the eye massage on "auto" doesn't repeat very often...it changes patterns frequently. In the per-orbital area, this is fantastic because I feel like a very repetitive pressure/movement would be painful or annoying. There are multiple settings for vitality mode, clear mode, beauty mode, sleep mode, child mode. One thing I noticed is that you need to spend some time really tightening the strap and arranging it at the right spot on your head for the mask to put pressure on the temple area properly and fit snugly around the eyes. The manual does mention this, so don't skip and probably make it tighter than you initially think!
