HONEST REVIEW!!i just bought this and it finally came in and ive had no troubles so far! no scratches, or any damage. kinda bummed i bought the normal 16 instead of the plus or pro but that was my fault for not realizing lol. i love the color, a lot faster than my 14plus i’ve had for 5 years, turns on quickly too when you restart it. definitely would recommend buying!

I bought a refurbished iPhone 16 from Ecobuyphone to use overseas. This was my 3rd or 4th refurbished phone over the years (but with different sellers previously) and never once had an issue. This time the eSIM would barely connect (I have now read other reviews here and many others experienced the same). It was intermittent (mostly no connection) for the first few hours then stopped connecting altogether. Sending it back for return would cost $206 since I'm overseas and it has a rechargeable battery which increased shipping price so I took it to a repair store. They replaced a part with a certified part and it held signal for almost 24 hours before dropping intermittently again. They said "every part of the cpu is refurbished with cheap parts so this will continue to happen" and "due to the number of cheap refurbishment parts" repair would cost more than buying a new one (the repair store does not sell phones, so it was not trying to up sell me). Not only am I out $560 usd for this useless brick, I will now be out the price of a new phone.When I first reached out to Ecobuyphone, they were easy to work with and communicative. A return would have been easy IF I actually had the phone in the US during the return window. but I don't. I needed this for working abroad and now I have learned an incredibly expensive lesson.Buy a certified phone with certified parts from a certified store. Otherwise, you never can guarantee where corners are cut and pennies saved for business profit, at the expense of the customer. Buy a phone you don't have to worry about being filled with cheap, junk parts.(update Oct. 17th) I provided the report and photos showing water damage, non replaced damaged items etc. that should have been replaced with a "refurbished phone" phone before resale, the receipt for the diagnostic and full report etc. per request. Even with photo proof of clear old damage Seller said they cannot accept the report as it was not from an Apple Service Provider. THEY themselves do not qualify as an Apple Service Provider as they are "refurbishing" phones with NON certified Apple parts. Hypocritical. I hope this review and ALL 1 star reviews receive enough "likes" that it makes Amazon take note of this seller and remove them from their platform as a seller. Seller continues to say they will "work with me" but all "solutions" mean me spending more money and loads of time on this brick. After reading countless 1 star reviews, I can see I'm not the only person they have told this too, and none that I can see in reviews have had a successful refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Help others avoid this same situation down the road by reading this and other similar reviews and finding them "Helpful".

Exactly what I expectedAnd I had no issues transferring my current Android phone data and plan services the day it arrived. Patriot Mobile handled active cell coverage the same day. So the phone was correctly unlocked with no other issues.

I placed my order for this item on 10/8/26. It was meant to replace my primary cell phone which I accidentally dropped and cracked the screen. Since I received this item after having bought it outright from Amazon, I have not been able to download the eSIM provided by my mobile service provider (T-Mobile) because it came with hardware issues. It is now 10/20/26 - I returned the item by UPS on 10/18/26 and have been without a phone for weeks now... all while having an active phone plan going with T-Mobile. I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed because I can't afford to pay out-of-pocket again for another phone. I have been actively following-up about the status and requesting escelation because without a phone I can't do to do my job, call my family, or if be available for any emergencies. I still have pay full price on my phone bill this coming month even though I haven't been able to use it as a result of the hardware issue the phone came with. I requested some kind of compensation because if would never have ordered this phone if I had known about the massive issues it would bring and now I don't even have the money for another replacement until this merchant get the device back, and even then I was told it would take 7-10m business days. Basically, right now I have no phone because I have been waiting for the merchant to release my refund to my account, I am also having to pay full-price for a phone plan that I haven't even been able to use as a result of this device's hardware issue, and I have not had my case escalated to someone who can provide some kind of reassurance in receiving my refund. Not happy with the product or the service at all

The phone works as it should. The battery holds a charge. No complaints for his phone basically looked brand new

Excelente. El estado batería es de 91% pero todo lo demás viene excelente. Le hice una inspección completa y todo funcionó perfecto , el único pero que le pondría es la batería , no es lo ideal, pero hasta eso, es bastante duradera . Si lo volvería a comprar

Lo devolví, definitivamente un producto que no tenía que ver con lo que se supone había comprado, el estado se supone era excelente pero llegó con marcas visibles, raspado, la batería en 80% pero se calentaba bastante, no servía el micrófono para mandar audios o hacer dictados, y el cubo para cargar no servía. Muy mala experiencia y me dejé llevar porque tenía buenas opiniones pero para mí fue pésima experiencia.
