This eye massaging mask really is a quality item. It comes in a lovely presentation box with a soft storage bag and charging wire, plus a bit of a set up guide. It is very simple to use. The elastic strap around the back can be adjusted. Though it may appear cumbersome, it is surprisingly comfortable to wear, not heavy or awkward. It fitted well on my face with a little bit of maneuvering. You can see well through the mask, so you don't have to take it off, should you need to interrupt your treatment briefly. The large button on the side is easy to locate when you are wearing the mask , and you have a voice, as you sometimes do on bluetooth headphones, telling you which mode you are in. There is some pre-programmed relaxing music, or you can bluetooth your own music to the mask. So far I have used the first program which was about 15 mins of relaxing massage. I have to say the pressure particularly on the sides of the eyes, is very like a real massage and wonderful pressure to really make a difference. Expect to feel properly massaged. There is a gentle heat which comes along with the massage, and it really is lovely. I was a little dubious at how this could emulate a real massage, but I have to agree it is very good. You do need to switch yourself off from hearing the noise of the motor, as it is audible even with music on. I was able to do this, and was still relaxed even with the motor sounds. It is easy to switch the music off, should you wish, with a double tap of the button. The different modes can be found by an additional press of the button so you get a different program with each press. If I had to find a criticism it would be that the program choices are not explained anywhere, so you don't know which program benefits you in which way. I would suggest trying them all to find out!

I ordered this for my wife and she has found it very relaxing. With the warmth and gentle massage, along with the supplied music, this eye massager helps her go into a meditative state. Rather than being a chore that she could do without she enjoys sitting down for a little piece and quiet after a day in front of the computer. I'm very pleased with it.
