I originally purchased this as a laptop bag but recently used it as a second piece carry-on “luggage” for a flight. It easily held my electronics-ear buds, power pack, chargers; toiletries, makeup, pills/vitamins, snacks, travel pillow and sweater. I even had a small Lulu cross body bag for a purse that I wore and the flight attendant told me I would need to stash that as it counted towards a piece of carry-on. No problem! I just threw it in this laptop bag with room to spare. It fit under the seat of the airplane just fine. The size is great. The color is very nice and the material doesn’t look cheap. The pockets on the outside add to the esthetic and are very handy. I purchased and returned several other bags before getting this one. It has held up nicely so far.

This bag is surprisingly good. I needed something to hold my laptop during a work trip, and this was perfect! I was nervous the black finish would start peeling, but it seems to be good quality and doesn’t show any signs of wear. A few people asked where I got it and everyone was surprised it was from Amazon. It looks just as nice as my Kate Spade pebbled black leather bag, but I don’t have to stress about keeping it clean.

I love this bag! I was concerned about the listing because it had the message "frequently returned". But I'm not sure why that's the case. The material is very similar to real leather and relatively soft, but durable. The color is neutral, versatile, and very classy. My friend has a leather Coach bag in almost the exact same color, and I liked mine better. I've received multiple compliments from friends on this bag. It has great organization, stands reasonably well on its own, and is roomy yet ivery lightweight. It's perfect for air travel as a personal item. I ordered multiple bags before I settled on this one. Only negative I can find is outside pockets are very deep and my phone sometimes gets lost at the bottom.I intend to purchase again in another color and as gifts.

I bought this to replace a work bag and it's perfect for my 16 inch laptop and everything else I need to carry to and from the office. I really appreciate all the internal organization and how sturdy the bag is- getting things in and out isn't a hassle because the bag doesn't flop around.The only thing I wish it had was a small pocket that's accessible from the outside for your cell phone where you don't have to take the bag off your shoulder to access it. The two exterior pockets on this bag are still good and VERY deep but I have to take at least one of the straps off my shoulder to get into it, which I know eventually will stress the bag and fray the straps.My search for the *perfect* vegan work bag that doesn't cost a fortune continues, but I'll gladly continue to use this bag in the meantime.

I love this bag so much I literally pack my laptop, my lunch, my toiletries my notebook, a binder, my water bottle and my smoothie in this bag. I mean it has a little weight but it fits everything and still zips up. I love it!

Bag is great, but there is a transfer of the color off of it in some places so take good care of it if you’re going to get it I use it as an every day purse so it gets roughed up a lot and it holds up well.

It’s a nice a spacious bag but it doesn’t really hold its form. I’ve had mine for 6 months now and it’s leaning towards the side now instead of upright due to the laptop & it also just started peeling. Currently in the market for a better work bag.
