Works extremely well. Although it is extremely sticky, just be careful when attaching it to your belt.

The pads are great, but the stimulator is not.

These are good gel pad but don't last long.

These gel pads work about as well as the ones that originally came with my EMS device. I tested them out by placing them on different muscles and letting it run for about a minute on each. I did one bicep, one triceps, one quad, one hamstring, one calf and one hip flexor. By the time I got to the 6th group, I was having to start holding the pads in place. For the first 5 placements, they held no problem and without any assistance, but on the 6th use, they started loosing their stickiness. Granted I took them on and off 6 times in a short span so that might have caused a little loss of hold, but 6 uses seems about right as the original ones lasted between 5-9 uses depending on where they were placed and how long I had them on. I did not sweat or have any creams/lotions/etc on with the originals or these replacements either. For the price and considering you're supposed to use it 1-2x per day max, that would be 3-6 days or nearly a weeks worth of uses for each gel pad. Not thr best, but not horrible either. I mean stickiness only lasts so long and they're meant to be disposable, so I think that these are probably as good as any other replacement brands...or even the original ones.

Another useless Amazon product from China - go figure. They function, i.e., they pass electricity to your skin . . . so long as you hold them in place with your other hand. The gel pads do not stay attached for more than a minute or so, usually less. I tried different variations, such as swabbing the area with alcohol to remove any skin oils present, no success. I also tried pads from other manufacturers and all failed miserably. I will be returning all of it because it's crap.

They work well except for the plastic on the one side is difficult to get off.

Works like it should

I have a stress fracture in my knee. Can do much except sit-ups and push-ups which I do daily. I also use this machine all day except when eating real fast lunch and din we. 20pushups and 40situps a day. Can already start to see the flatness in my stomach doing both exercises and using the machine!
