This is a good supplement to help with pain and withdrawel symptoms and to help regulate sleep I found this product looking for supplements to help me reduce the amount of pain medications I use for my spinal condition. This lessened the side effects of the reduction I was doing and was able to stop taking one of my medications in my regimine with less withdrawal symptoms. Your experience may vary, please do your research before buying and trying this supplement. I found this supplement more helpful than granulated corydalis.

I really like the supplier, for they include a purity statement and give you a very accurate record of the lab results for toxins. This did cut my pain down about two levels for about 4-5 hours. I have severe chronic pain for 26 years. Nerve pain and nociceptive. I was able to tolerate up to two doses a day. When I tried three and four doses I got nausea and felt ill all over. It's a fine line with this medication between a toxic dose and a therapeutic dose. I didn't worry about the heavy metals in it after I looked at the recent FDA report on heavy metals for all of our foods in the United States and how much heavy metal they have in them. It’s a clean scent, flowery, actual bath salt smell, sublingual or swallow the delicate crystal flakes, it’s taste is fine and not unpleasant and not chemical like an amine might. This is pretty impressive stuff--it's important to note that the difference between this product and what you might find in "Corydalis Extract" tablets and such is that this is a highly concentrated, purified isolation of the primary pain relieving and stress relieving compound present in the corydalis plant. I suggested this to a friend and she instead purchased a supplement that suggests two tablets twice a day, when she could take it for months without approaching the amount of pure l-thp available in this crystalline powder. In this concentration, the suggested dose is minute, and if you want to precisely measure your dosage, you will need to invest in a milligram scale, which can be found here on Amazon for under $10. I find it very effective for pain. I am a chronic pain patient and this allows me to really reduce the frequence of taking my opiate medication for breakthrough pain. It does NOT dissolve in water, so it won't melt on your tongue and you can't stir it into a drink. You have to swallow the powder, which is not a problem in such small amounts. I take many times the suggested dosage, but I did my research and am confident in the safety of this product for me.
