It's really great. Once you figured it out you can experiment using it for toes or directly on your Achilles heels. The only minor issues is if you have big, defined calves like I do, you need to makes sure it is turned off when you start positioning your leg because the largest part of your calf will not fit, and if you are trying to force it in when it's already grinding you can hurt yourself. Also, this latter is a lot easier if you lay down and put the machine under your calves (instead of trying to do the same while sitting in a chair).That being said, it clearly works in a way that it won't crush your muscles, yet it provides excellent pressure and kneading to make any leg pain to go away.

My wife uses everyday. Definitely helps after being on your feet all day. It actually works the feet and provides relief. Quiet too. Great purchase.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago with the intention of it serving as another tool in my arsenal to aid my body with circulation as I sit a lot for work. I put it under my desk and use it throughout the day. It has definitely helped! There are two improvements they could make to the design, however. One, it needs some padding over the roller balls under your feet. Those things are uncomfortable, borderline painful. I took two tea towels and folded them in half, put one on each side, and now it's perfect. Two, I wish you could choose what the rollers under your feet are doing. There are three different massages to choose from, but I would love some extra time with the slow wave-like motion. Other than that, it's been great!

I used one of these at my son’s home when we were visiting in Japan last year. It felt SO good! I was excited to see it on Amazon. I ordered it, hoping it would work as well as my sons did. I think it is the very same one! I love it! I wear socks when using it just to keep it nice linger, but the fabric liner has a zipper that you can use to take the fabric out and launder it.

It does not heat very well and I wish it had a setting that allows you to change the intensity of the rollers. I have a size 8 foot and if I want my toes done, I have to move my foot around and you need to be careful, otherwise it can hurt your ankle by squeezing it really hard. Overall, I am not impressed with this machine.

So I really liked the massager, but it squeezes too tightly on my feet and would stop due to the pressure. Still giving five stars because return process was painless and the product itself would have been great if my feet were smaller.

I wanted to try a device like this to massage calves. Have lost most of the cushion in knee joints and believe my muscles are trying to compensate for loss. My calves measure 15 inches around and at first the most time I could spend in machine was 5 minutes due to pain. However, persistence paid off and I can now easily spend 15 minutes total. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this machine to anyone needed some relief from aching calves.
