Impressed with tablets
Amazing. I watched a reputed TV Personality swear that these tablets were fabulous and made a difference to energy levels. And l actually agree. They have worked great for me.

Save your money
I really can’t say if they are doing anything as feel no different. I bought them as a hangover cure as it was recommended but found just eating some food speeds that recovery a lot faster. I do use magnesium glycinate to stop my cramps when sleeping and can definitely say that does work. I’m giving it a 2 star just because I have to give some sort of rating but really don’t waste your money.

Have tried many brands, and this is good. Slight residue when finishing the drink. Does what it's supposed to.

Expensive and no noticeable difference felt and halfway through second month
Not sure if they work and they take a lot longer than the advertised 9-10 seconds to dissolve more like 2 minutes!

Dissolves in warm water better
I have no information to state at this time as I’ve been only doing it for eight days. Pill dissolves better if the water is warm or if it’s another liquid, it needs to be warm.

Good to wake up
Gives me energy from the get go in the morning! Take a full tab with water and Celtic salt. Not great taste but I'm instantly awake and got spring straight in my step

Why am I not discovered this product a long time ago. This is so exhilarated refreshing and energizing. This is better than electrolytes. I mix mine and juices because I did not like it in the water but it works just the same. I feel energized and refreshed every time I have one of these. I put these on subscription just because it is so good. It makes me feel so refreshed, energized and alert. Just add one to 8 ounces of juices or tea or whatever you fancy. Maybe you like it and just regular water. But I just like a little flavor in mine. Try it this will make you feel so refreshed and energized.
