Very nice accessory!
I really like this big fat. Besides having a extra sound for when I need change the sound of my drums I still get to use the Big Fat with my brushes with my silent drum head. I like it a lot!

Disappointed. Deadens the snap of the snare.
It does give the snare a deeper sound BUT it takes the fun out of playing. It totally stifles the response of the snare. There's no snap. It's like drumming on a pillow. The feel is way off. It now sits on my floor tom.

Effect may be a bit too extreme.
Make sure your snare is tuned medium high to high or it’s useless. You can get a useful sound, but you need to work at it.
