I’ve been giving Prana pets Lignan & Melatonin blend to my Maltese since 2020 (when he was diagnosed with Cushing’s). I give him one a day along with his liver supplement Denamarin- and he’s holding strong, doing great! His symptoms seem to be managed - I’m grateful for this Prana Pets item!

I used this on my Boston that had Cushings disease. She was having accidents and couldn’t go more than about 45 minutes without having to go outside. I saw this recommended by others that have dogs with Cushings. I decided to give it a try. Immediately I saw results. My dog was bloated and this didn’t take all the bloating away but it was noticeably less. And she was not having to go outside as often. I didn’t notice any hair growing back, but it seemed like the hair loss either stopped or slowed down considerably. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a dog that has Cushings disease.

My dog has so many things that I really don’t know if they are effective.what I realized is that he drink less water,.before he drinks the whole bold at once.I adopted him a year ago and he has Cancer,collapse trachea ,and Cushing.I already have him for a year and he is hungering in there .

Using for Cushings Disease in my BT. It seems very effective using one pill a day.

3rd day on this med for cushings and she seems much worse. Drinking more water and for the first time peed on the carpet. Coughing more and having episodes of confusion. Drugged look in her eyes. I only gave her 1/2 a tablet versus the 1 1/2 recommended. I'll stop the med and see if she improves or if this is the disease progressing. She's sleeping all night and very happy despite a sprained back leg. I carry her in and out as she can't yet manage the 3 steps to go outside. Before this med she only wanted out twice a day and no accidents at all. With her large stomach she's uncomfortable being picked up. A ramp is being built so hopefully she'll be able to manage by herself if she will use it. I'll edit my review if symptoms continue while off this medThe company reached out to me and offered a full refund. Very pleased with how this company operates. I wish it had helped my dog but unfortunately not.Shes doing well since being off this product. No more accidents, or confusion and the drugged look is gone. She must be very sensitive

Well, I'm very confused. I've been using the product for dogs over 25 pounds now for over 2 years with great results. I re-ordered the other day and first I was sent the one for under 25 pounds. On my old bottle for over 25 pounds the instructions said 1 pill for his size (26 lbs. up to 100 lbs. 1 pill, he is 70 pounds and takes 1 pill)). When I looked at the bottle for under 25 pounds that had come I would have to give him 2 pills. I called Amazon customer service and was told not to return the bottle they would credit me back and send me one for over 25 pounds which they did very promptly but the new bottle for over 25 pounds now says instead of giving him 1 pill like normal he needs to now have 2! First off I'm concerned now that the pills ingredients might not be what they should be and they have added biotin to it too. Secondly, this NOW means instead of having a 90 day supply like I've always had because he now gets 2 pills the supply will only last 45 days!!! I'm really not happy and don't understand this! I'm having trouble uploading a picture of the bottles or else I would post a picture. Has anyone else noticed this? I am very concerned and disappointed.

I can't count how many people I have referred to buy this product! My vet was on board with this from the beginning. I figured I would give this a try with my 14 y/o dog with Cushings. I didn't expect much. I noticed a difference within a few days. A year later, her labs not only were the same in most areas, but she improved in SOME areas. Very unexpected. I wouldn't want her to go one day without it. I also supplement with the plain melatonin at night. My vet was surprised as well. It was dismal before trying this. I figured I could always go to the Rx product if it didn't work, but it very much surprised me. Her life has improved greatly this past year. Nobody gave me this product or sponsored this review. I'm a real person with a real dog who had REAL awful side effects from Cushings. It might not work forever, but for the past year, this product has been very effective in controlling my dog's symptoms. Amazing!
