Amazing! This is the only one with the three peppers! I make my own from scratch, but it takes time! This is a great, easy, everything in one ball process! Tastes amazing! Recommend adding a tablespoon of lard or tallow to give you extra oil on the top to dip the tortillas in when you grill them! I'm glad I bought two packs! It comes with two balls in each. I used one with a 2 lb chuck roast, one onion cut into quarters, some beef broth and water to cover, plus a little more for everyone to have dipping sauce. I used a instapot for 1.5 hours and done! Taste for your salt preference. Again, the only one I found that uses all three peppers making it authentic!

The whole concept is genius. I wanted to make birria tacos for this last cinco de mayo. I googled “easy birria recipe” and the ingredient list was miles long, with a bunch of different ingredients I didn’t think my local store would carry. Then I came across the birria bomb and figured I’d give it a shot!Honestly at first the smell of the spices was throwing me off. Didn’t smell like the birria I was familiar with at the restaurants. But after it was cooking for a bit in the crockpot with the beef, the smell began to get more familiar.It turned out great!! You can taste the different peppers and the cinnamon in there. I used 2.5lbs of meat and 1 of the bombs and it was very nicely seasoned. Love that the package comes with 2 bombs. Super easy and delicious!

Very delicious and authentic! It was fast and easy to prepare and make and had the whole house smelling amazing. I will definitely be purchasing again!

These spice bombs are quick and easy! Perfect for a week night. Great for when you don’t want to go through processing chiles, etc for birria! Threw the seasoning bomb and chuck roast into my crockpot before bed and was ready by morning!

I recently tried these Birria Bombs, and while they taste great, I found that they lack a bit of flavor. To get the full experience, I often have to use two bombs instead of one. Despite this, they are incredibly convenient and easy to use, making them a quick and hassle-free option for a delicious meal. The convenience factor is definitely a plus, and the taste is enjoyable once you double up. Overall, a good product that could benefit from a bit more flavor intensity.

This made my tacos totally awesome, just like the package said very easy to make, meat , water and I added a bag of frozen stewing veggies cooked in slow cooker for 7 hours and that was it the meat was amazing. Recommend to all that love Birria tacos

These are great for making birria tacos with a chuck roast in a crock pot. I add beef broth instead of water and I cook on low for 8 hours. I also added a smoked jalapeno seasoning for a kick and everyone said it was the best tacos they ever had. My pot roast was 3lbs and I cut the ball in half and it was perfect. My only disappointment is that these are super over priced. I just bought another package because it’s great for an easy meal but it’s too pricey for just two balls. If there were 4 I think that would be a fair price.

Super easy to use. Just followed the instructions. It’s great for “at home” birria tacos, but in my opinion it was missing a little spice. Overall, it was a great flavor and I would buy it again.
