A few issues
I had ordered 4 of these mini v-wheel gantry plates with a specific project in mind and had used one of the pictures provided by the seller on the product page to make my decision. One picture shows the product with flat style screws that should have allowed me to flush mount something to the plate, however the product I received have pan style, which is shown in other pictures on the page. These pan style screws stick above the plate and will not allow for a flush mount over them. Also the product supplied had been assembled incorrectly, the recesses for the screws were occupied by the spacers and eccentric nuts rather than the screw head, this wasn't a big deal for me as I was going to examine the components anyways, but totally independent of the flush mount problems, the way they assembled these would not allow you to slide the gantry onto a 2020/2040 extrusion. The biggest issue with my products is that the bearings do not have a tall enough shaft to allow you to tighten the wheels down and still allow the wheels to freely spin. As soon as you snug down the nut, even slightly, the delrin wheels and/or bearings will rub on the fastening nut and the eccentric nut or spacer. This makes all movement jittery and require excessive force, plus the wheels won't predictably rotate so flat spots will develop. In my case to fix this I had to break apart each bearing set on each wheel, remove the internal bearing spacer they placed in there and replace with another vendors shim, and use the removed bearing spacer as a washer between the bearing and carriage spacer/eccentric nut, and then finally tighten it alltogether with the lock nut upside down (so the narrower part of the lock nut contacted the bearing).Once all of these issues were corrected the carriage moves smooth enough to work in my application, but this required me ordering severl parts from other vendors, and the wheels are still not as smooth as I would like. The carriage and eccentric nuts fit standard 2020 or 2040 extrusions and has enough adjustment capability to let you snug them down so no woble exhists. The carriage does not show any bow or bend to my eye when mounted onto the extrusion.

Holes are placed too narrow.
No matter how much I adjusted it it sits so tight on a v-rail the plate bends.

looks sturdy
I created a laser printer and used it for one of two degrees of freedom.

Work Good After Modification
As shipped (and as noted in other reviews) these wheels drag and slide due to inner/outer nuts being larger diameter than the bearing center piece. To resolve this issue, I took each wheel apart from the backing plate and inserted a #10 lock washer between backing spacer/nut and wheel, then installed outer stop nut with nylon insert to the wheel (or inside out). I then torqued each wheel down until the wheel began to drag, then backed the nut off just a tiny bit. Repeat for each wheel. After this they work quite well. Also, when installing these onto the V-track, make sure the belt mounts are not on top and bottom of V-track (the are made to fit only one way).

Going to require modification
The screws mounting the wheels are Cap screws and protrude from the back of the mounting plate. This may or may not be an issue for you. The majority of the mounting holes are sized to clear an M5 screw, but will need to be countersunk in order to provide clearance. There are no threaded holes.

Seem a bit too small for x2020 extrusion.
As others have commented, when trying to tighten the eccentric nuts to the proper tension, the roller wheels seem to bow out and not make perfect contact with the rail. I am not sure if the length of the screws and spacers are not quite long enough (it barely clears the extrusion when applied) or if the holes are just a millimeter or so too close together in the plate itself. The assemblies may have worked fine that way, but I feel like the roller wheels should make perfect contact as i was using this on a home built laser engraver frame and it needs to be durable and accurate.I did try to modify the plates by drilling them out a bit, but still was not fully satisfied with the results. As I have kinda hacked away on them, I am not returning them. On the plus side, the wheels, bearings and other hardware seemed fine.I will just keep them in my parts bin for another use. Hope you found this review useful and it will save you some headaches and time.
