I just got them today and used them once for dinner tonight. I'm in love thus far. I have an electric stove, and this stove seems to get too hot. However, after the first use there were zero burn marks under the 10 inch frying pan and the 2 qt sauce pan. I feared that it would happen and was super surprised that it hadn't. I also was worried about the space on the glass lids. I thought that it was too much ventilation and it would cause the food to cook slower and for water to take longer to boil. Nope. The slot space where the hadlndle can be placed did not slow anything down. In fact, when I put the lid on the water boiled more and the chicken and asparagus in the pan sizzled more intensely than when I took the lids off as if there was little to no air getting in there at all with the lids on. Amazing. Clean up was easy. I used a red tomato pesto sauce that had olive oil in it, and if this were a low quality cookware set it definitely would've stained the ceramic coating. That pesto did not stand a chance against the Bella. If you choose to buy this set I have some recommendations: 1.) Try to leave the handles off as much as possible during cook time. Use oven mitts or something else to hold the cookware in place while stirring. I stirred without holding the pan at all and the pan didn't budge. So I didn't even have to touch it. I only used the handle when it was time to pour the food into my serving bowl. Just use the handles to pick it up after you have already finished cooking. 2.) Try to use it at no higher than 7 on your burner level. I cooked everything between 4 - 6 on my burners. It took a little time but my water for my pasta started boiling at 5. I started it off at 4 and turned it up after a few minutes. When I wanted a harder boil I temporarily turned it to 6 and then put my pasta in. Once it was in I weren't back down to 5 and it cooked perfectly al dente. My pan did not need to go any higher than 5.5 and it cooked my chicken and asparagus evenly. I used a considerable amount of butter. Just overall try to be a little more careful with this beautiful cookware than you would with your typical cookware if you want to maintain it and keep it in good condition longer. I used a metal spatula to turn my food in the pan and I made an effort to not scrape. I will be ordering the Bella silicone cooking tools to prevent that all together. Overall perfect first time use. Next up - eggs. That's the true test for me. If it doesn't produce the texture and consistency of eggs that I like (and I like mine more like a quiche consistency) I would bring this rating down to a 3.5 star rating. That's how important it is to me. I need my pan egg pizza. If the ceramic material degrades from my regular frying of egg pizza I will be sad.

I’ve had other non-stick pans before but none were as non-stick as these. They are dreamy to cook with, and even more dreamy to wash up and store away. I’ve been using them for a couple of months daily and the handles really do stay cool. I absolutely love that they easily go on and off and are easy to keep clean, but it make the pans not just great for storage but also so much easier to keep spotless. What I would improve on is 1. forget the added storage lid. I find it pretty useless. 2. I wish the other lids worked with the second fry pan better. My workaround is to not have the handle on and use the large lid. 3. I live alone and often cook just for myself so the size of the pot and small frypan works okay. It would be nice if both were just a little bit bigger. They are pretty small. Overall, the set is super and is holding up well.

Bought this set for use in a travel trailer where I am concerned about product weight but want quality also. Both concerns are met with this pot set. Love the even heat distribution, and clean is a breeze. The pots stack and store in a small space. The removable handle is a great feature! I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this set!

These are nice. I still get a little stickiness with them. I love that the handles come off, but at times I feel they release too easy. They are a great space saver for small spaces like out travel trailer as they nest in a drawer perfectly. Perfect pans for an RV and two people!

I purchased this cookware set myself and I’m really impressed with the quality. The nonstick surface works perfectly — food slides off easily and cleaning is effortless. The handles feel sturdy, and the design looks modern and elegant. It heats evenly and makes cooking so much easier. Honest opinion from a very satisfied customer.

I love this set. The nonstick works great and the removable handles are amazing. I have a really small kitchen so it’s just been a space saver in general. The handles are sturdy. However it makes me nervous to clean and have water get inside, but it hasn’t caused any issues. That said, I really hate the storage lid. I assumed it would handle heat and I accidentally melted it. But I didn’t use it much anyways because it didn’t seal anything, it kinda just hovers on the pot like an upside down plate would… Seems like a cheap thing to add to a quality set.

Compact and durable. If you love space, add these to your pan collection. The removable handle is a must, won’t know until you actually try it.
