Do not buy this bike. It’s not easy to put together, does not come with tools as stated in description, printed tyres are decals you put on yourself, stickers on bike frame very poorly attached. The bottle holder was snapped.The seller was very good in their customer service and I got a full refund

The product originally caught my eye as it looks amazing. All the essential on one bike and colour was amazing.However, didn’t get my moneys worth out of the product. It was stated it was an easy assemble however it was not. Everything was needing to be assembled including the brake wires which can be dangerous if you don’t know what to do. Toolkit was missing from the equipment given and instructions were confusing.Overall was upset about the purchase and has been returned.Return process was really good overall. Bike was collected from my home and refund issued. Seller was understanding of the issue.

There are know tools, you will need three different size Alan keys. Four different size spanners couldn't give you the sizes required it does take time to complete, instructions are vagueBut I have completed the bike and it look good. If you don't have any bike build experience this is not for you

The media could not be loaded. Very hard to assemble parts not line up properly, some things where bent can't really tighten things to how it should be,breakes really flimsy, stickers not on properly and other stickers ripped, the welding is terrible, not worth money and I nervous for my daughter to ride it , very upset as was her main Christmas present.

The bike looks good. But the quality of it it's not really appropriate. Poor quality of materials. And also the instructions are not clear. I spent more than 2 hours to try to build it up. Same with the other bike I get. You need to make more clear. And also attached a link or QR code to direct a video where you can explain step by step how to assembly the bike.

The item turned up clearly water damaged 3/4 soaked broken box and a sack on the other end, contaminated with oil/fuel of some type brakes are plastic and slightly cracked wouldn’t last a day some of the metal parts rusted and cross threaded, very poor quality, some parts are missing too. I would have given zero stars if I could, disappointed is a complete understatement and would, I feel utterly insulted.Edit - the communication efforts and swift repayment process by the seller were a 5* the seller mentioned that it was the courier that had got the item on the state it arrived in.

There was no tool included in the box and the instructions are poor, even with pictures.The brakes are a nightmare. I think I’m going to take the bike into Halfords to get new, safe brakes fitted.
