VIVO Universal Micro-Gap Flat TV Wall Mount for 43 to 90 inch Screens, Ultra Slim Profile, Mount-TVMG1

Dealing with crappy new build homes from cheap contractors? This mount is the perfect solution for those pesky 22” studs. We recently bought a Hisense Canvas TV and were not able to mount it with the original mount. It was too short to reach two studs, and I’m not trusting one stud and some drywall anchors. This mount was easy to assemble and to install. I read another review that mentioned the supplied hangers did not work with the Hisense tv, but that the original Hisense hangers work with this mount. So I used the Hisense hangers with this mount with no issues. There was also some foam pads included with this kit that worked great for squaring up the tv against the wall. Overall, if you’re looking for a flat mount wall mount for wide stud spacing, this is the way to go. For the price and build quality, this is a great option. Highly recommend.

Bought the 65" Canvas TV. It includes a thin wall mount but the wall plate wasn't designed for 16" spaced studs. Moreover, I couldn't center the TV on the wall based upon where the studs were located. Looked at a number of options. Several brands have you hammer 2 dozen nails into drywall and trust it will hold. Others were more expensive. I saw this product and was immediately sold on the ability to slide the TV mounting brackets left or right along the wall plate allowing you to adjust the TV position once it is mounted on the wall. The wall plate comes in 2 sections that get screwed together. Would have preferred the plate be 1 long piece but I assume they designed it this way for cheaper shipping. Regardless, once fastened together the wall plate is sturdy. The mounting holes are slots so it gives some flexibility in lining up with studs. Even so, I had to drill holes to align with one of the studs in my wall. Not a big deal and was a 5 minute setback. The bracket plates that attach to the TV were too big to fit flat against the back panel of the Hisense Canvas TV. This was due to the TV panel design and not the Vivo wall mount. However, Vivo designed the TV brackets nearly identical to the Hisense brackets so I used Hisense brackets and it fit firmly into the wall mount. After mounting the TV, I was able to slide it to center it on the wall. Despite needing to drill holes to match a stud and using the Hisense TV bracket, I am impressed by the ease of installation and the build quality. This has proven to be a great wall mount at a lower price than some inferior alternatives. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to center a TV on the wall.

I really wanted to I've this five stars for the extreme low profile of this mount. It's excellent. We'll made. Easy to mount. The major downside in my case is that the magnets are barely strong enough to keep a 77" Samsung oled stuck to the bracket. The slightest pressure and it falls forward. I think the mounting holes on this particular TV are quite low so that could be putting more force on those magnets but it is an issue.

Works great puts the tv right up against the wall.

So easy to put together. May not want to go too large on the TV from a weight perspective but it amazing for the 43” I hung in my office. Best bang for the buck, for sure

Hanging a 65” LG C2 very nicely (some said it couldn’t be done) It’s impressively thin, so thin I had to remove the cable management clips that were almost twice as thick. And I ordered new HDMI cables because some of those are thicker too!

Keeps it nice and tight. Came with all the reqd adapters & screws & etc! Nice!

Very low profile and easy to hang. Don't use the provided level when installing, use a real level for best results.

Overall good design. Very flat on the wall. Only concern is the holes for screwing the rack on the wall are not made for 16inch stud walls, had to drill my own to get at least 3 studs. Forget about the drywall anchors, I wouldn’t hang a 30inch monitor with these, even less a 75inch tv.

Too big for an S95F Samsung flat TV; the top bar and bolts are exposed. The screws which mount the bracket to the TV are too long.

Weak magnets, TV stats at a slight angle and not flat to the wall

Très bien conçu. Facile à installer. Attention cette article ne fonctionne pas pour une télévision OLED Samsung S90F. L’aimant qui retient le téléviseur vertical n’est pas assez puissant pour le retenir en permanence. Je l’ai testé à mes dépends. J’ai dû le retirer et remettre mon ancien support murale.

Did not work for me, the AC plug behind would need to be recess and also not enough room behind the TV for air circulation..
