Taking for headaches

Was told Omega 3 was good for my cluster headaches which are focused behind my left eye. Seems to be helping although I get them seasonally and I'm at the end of the season. Supposed to take 3x a day with "a meal containing oil fat or as directed by health care..." not always easy to do if I'm eating light so I might have to skip one a day. No side effects that I can tell.
