We played this for the first time at Thanksgiving with our adult kids. It was fun making the circle different ways. Would definitely buy it again.

My family are huge into games. We play a lot of games on family dinner night. I like games but not all games. I actually saw this advertised on social media and I thought it looked really fun. And it is. I played it last night with my son, niece and daughter-in-law and we all had a good time. We switch up the string every game so that's not always a circle. We make it quite elaborate. The magnets are strong. They really have some good magnetic forces in them. When they do it here and grab another magnet or more it snaps and we all jumped. It is a fun game. It is a quick game so you don't lose interest and it was a good purchase. I think I'll be buying more magnets in the future just so we can play longer.

This “chess” game is magnetic and appropriate for ages 3-93. The objective is to strategically place your magnets within the circle one at a time and avoid the magnets coming together. When they do, that person has to take the magnets that are stuck together and play continues. Fun!

Comes in a nice small box that would look good for a gift. This is really simple but fun. An older toddler would be able to play this as long as you kept an eye out for them swallowing the magnets. You could also put this on a flat surface (book or similar) to keep kids occupied during car or plane trips. I'm really uncertain why they would call it chess. Nothing like chess. The name makes you think there is more strategy involved than there is.

We love this little thing. its a lot of fun to just play with as a fidget, even without playing the game. Definitely recommend!

You make a circle with the provided string and then take turns trying to get rid of your 10 magnets without attracting other magnets. If you do attract other magnets, you have to pick them up. The first person to get rid of all their magnets wins the game. Sometimes magnets get pulled and sometimes pushed, so placing them gets more difficult as the string circle fills up. A steady hand helps.This game must be played on a smooth surface such as a table top, counter, or wood floor. The game doesn't last long, so you can play it over and over. Box states for 9 and up, but 6-year-olds would have fun with this.

This game is fun and simple, a great boredom buster!I love that it’s Christmas themed for the holidays and that I can throw it in my purse to take for fun. The instructions aren’t very clear, but it’s easy to figure out.You just make a circle with the string and try to get rid of your stones by setting them in the circle- just don’t let them touch! If they attract other stones to have to take them. It’s simple but fun!

Wow this game is perfect! It's so simple and easy and so fun for all ages! I love how little it is so you can toss in your purse or bag and go and it's always ready! The kids love the magnet aspect and even the older kids really have fun with this too! I wont lie, I'm 41 and I love this game! It's easy to understand and simple rules. The kids love it when someone's turn results in a bunch of the magnets coming together and they roll in balls laughing! Hours of fun, seriously! Such a fun game! This would be fun for family game night, on the go activity, gift, stocking stuffer, etc.
