Worked for me
It worked, very happy I took on a hike with a significant elevation gain. Exactly a year ago I did the same hike & at a certain point I could hardly continue. Did the same hike 1 year later using this oxygen & had zero difficulties. I am in the exact same shape as a year ago. Common for this hike (Colchuck lake near Leavenworth WA) for people to struggle at a certain point. Both times I’ve seen individuals bent over, going slow, trying to catch their breath. Looking like they might pass out.Last year I didn’t realize that portable oxygen was even an option. Took about 5-6 breaths on the way up & had no issues. Hike was strenuous but my breathing remained even throughout the journey. I still got tired & rested a couple times but never felt like I was having trouble with my breathing. I also added a few other things in my regimen so hard to know if it was only the oxygen. Other items used: Altitude RX pills (couple days before & one on day of hike) Cell Food drops Thorne ferrasorb iron supplements Altitude sickness patch (Koala brand?) Hope this helps someone :) Also, took just 1 can on hike. Very lightweight

Boost Oxygen Pocket Size Natural 3L Canister |
These are wonderful. Great for traveling in case you need it or you’re with someone that does need it for a short time. The price is wonderful on these. I highly recommend them to put in your medical box or to use anytime you need just to pick me up.

Used as intended….
I bought this for my husband to use if he was doing yard work or just lightly exerting himself walking. It is easy to carry or put into his man bag without being bulky. He has the 10L size, as well, that he packs when we travel or just for use in the home. He doesn’t need extra oxygen all the time, so this is very helpful for those rescue times. The only issue he has: not knowing how much oxygen is left in the canister as there is no weight to it, even when new and completely full. He can feel the difference in the spray when using, but still never knows when it will become empty.

Works for me!
I like the oxygen boost that feels like you really are getting fresh air. It slows down my breathing considerably after workouts, and just feels good as a start to my day. I dont like the price or that it doesn't seem to last very long.

If someone you know is dealing with bad cluster headaches
I deal with cluster headaches and the attacks come in very extreme each day that goes by I realize I was getting more in a day as well hopeless going on everything for research just to take the pain away I tried everything and nothing so I saw something taking about this so I thought why not give it a try I didn’t think it would be that great my attacks can last for hrs sometimes getting some back to back and when I tell you gone in 15 maybe 20 mins it was gone so quickly if you or someone you know is dealing with cluster headaches highly recommend this they are small pocket size but it does work and it relieved my pain and I think it was worth the money small or not it was just a test run and it works.

O2 in a can. Maybe best for those hiking up Mt. Everest. LOL
These offer a good blast of Oxygen. I have COPD and felt I needed it though my Doctor said I probably didn't after reviewing my O2 levels under stress. I suppose I'll leave one in my go pack while at the job but having an Oximeter on hand is not a bad thing. Not sure for athletes or what have you. The thing I like about these is the mouth piece. Fits well and delivers a good blast. It's compressed O2 so don't be alarmed by how light these cans feel.

Boost Oxygen Cylinders.
Seemed to be only about 3 applications of oxygen in each cylinder. Expensive product if all cylinders are like this !!!

Good product
I buy these small canisters for my husband who has asthma. They are convenient and small enough to fit in a pocket or purse.
