Request for Return & Refund โ Electrical Oven
Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to request the return of an electrical oven I purchased from Amazon about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product. After using it only once, I found that it is much smaller and looks different from the pictures and description shown on the Amazon website. Since the product does not meet my expectations and is not as advertised, I kindly request approval to return it and receive a refund. The oven has been barely used (only one time) and is still in very good condition.
