I've been taking this for about 5 years now. It's a great product. Helped with pain in my legs.

I like that they are in capsule format as I cannot swallow the tablets. I take 2 a day and cannot complain about getting sick.

Very convenient in pill form. 500 mg means you can take one in the morning and another at night to get 1000 mg per day.

Very pleased that a 1:1 mix of vit C and bioflavanoids -- lots of products have fewer bioflavanoids. Four stars not five only because of the magnesium stearate. Could do without that, but will buy these until I find a similarly balanced product at reasonable price without it.

I usually get locally. if heat impacted (damaged) or old, pills will turn almond-pinkish.Great product & price here is ok-average. Try to order in the winter cold months....👍 👍
