I am on Optifast diet, but also stuck inside due to the coronavirus thing so I'm being very cautious to make sure that I'm getting enough vitamins. I've been feeling a lot of cramps in my legs lately and I know I already have a problem with vitamin D so not going outside I'm sure is exacerbating the issue. I need to get some more exercise, and get outside to build up my immunity. In the meantime this supplement provides a good boost. I recently had my blood work done, and it just proved that the supplements work because I was right where I need to be, maybe even a little on the high side but not outside the normal range. Previous bloodwork showed I was very low in magnesium, which is what made me look to supplement in the first place

My husband and I have taken Cal/Mag/Zinc for several years. I recently ran low and was too lazy to run to the store. So, I thought I would look on Amazon and see what I could find. I have used two/three different brands in the past, but I will be ordering this one in the future. It is comparable to the brands I buy at the store, and I can easily order this from the comfort of my own home.

I don't know nor can I find out why this product has changed I did a lot or research and tried other brands before adding this as part of my regimen for fibromyalgia in 2005. It keeps my muscles nice and flexible. It's highly digestible. And easy on my stomach.The last two orders I received appear to be brown instead of white. I thought the first was a fluke and reordered. Same thing.The tablets are off white. Dingy. Not the bright white as in the past. Now they turn yellow quickly once the bottle is opened. This makes me reluctant to continue taking them.I tried contacting KAL via their website but have not received any answer. I'll renew my research. Disappointed.

粒が大きくて飲みにくいのが欠点。サプリなので、飲みやすく無いと続けられない。
