Everything is wonderful, We are pleased with our purchase. My husband and I love our hot tub and we have soaked in it every night since it was set-up. The set-up instructions were easy to follow. No problem with the hot tub itself but disappointed that only 1 /4 of my LED lights litup when we plugged them in. I will contact for replacement tomorrow. Otherwise great buy.

This was so easy to set up. Heated to temp in less than 24 hours. I put 1 1/2” styrofoam under it to protect the bottom and insulate it from the concrete. The styrofoam also acts like a cushion so it’s no a hard bottom. But trying to deal with customer support is unbelievable. They keep saying I am not responding to there emails when I reply every time.

I would give a 4 for the product but the customer service is a +5 star. The jacuzzi takes 2 days to reach temperature, but once there, it maintains itself with no issue as long as it's covered. Its max temp is 104, so it's not super hot but perfect for lounging. The bottom is padded, so it is not uncomfortable to sit on the hard floor (ours is on tile). After 6 months, the heater component started to leak. Customer service was quick to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged. I sent a brief email back, and they sent another unit without a question. I was really releaved because Iv had similar situations where I was refused a replacement in the same situation. This is why it's a 5 star. It gives me confidence in making a large online purchase, knowing I will not be stuck with a dud and out of my money.

Went through 2 of these 1st one heater didn't work. seller sent me a replacement got a little over 6 months out of it put it away last winter now the pump quit.

Just got this hot tub & so far I like it. Didn't have any issues with missing parts or anything being damaged & the set up was super easy👌I haven't had the product long, but so far so good. The only thing I really don't like about this product is how long it takes to heat up. It's been 2 days & the temperature won't go past 92°. So I'll probably purchase an additional heater. Other than that I'm happy with the hot tub👍
