One photo shows a large mesh pocket on the outside? Other photos do not. Which is it?

It has no large mesh pocket on the outside. I believe the photo shown is of the inside if you were to cut the bag in half and open it. The large mesh pocket is inside.

Does this come with a shoulder strap

No it does not. It fits in my computer bag with all my other stuff. Very good organizer for cords, connectors, hot spot device, etc.
