LimbSaver String Decelerator Node

The string stoppers on my Bear Truth II finally gave out after over a decade with the bow. Given the year of my bow's production, finding a factory replacement part was not possible. The LimbSaver String Deceleration Node was an inexpensive and effective substitute for my bow's original parts. Easy install and I experienced no need for adjustment. Great product!

I think these stoppers are a bit harder than they should be for maximum effect. I suppose they will last longer though. Norway and Bowjax stoppers seem to do a better job reducing noise and vibration.

Well made I guess for a chunk of molded rubber but it made no difference at all on sound, vibration or performance on any of three bows that I tested it on ranging from an off-brand $200 bow to very nice Hoyt and Bowtech bows. I have tried just about all these different little gadgets that LimbSaver makes claiming to reduce vibration/noise with no success. They are all well made but make absolutely no difference in sound or vibration. The one product LimbSaver makes that I use on everything is their universal cable slide. After several hundred shots, all my bows' cable slides seem to get noisy and rough. In extreme cases worn stock slides and rods stick enough to cause a random miss to the right. The universal cable slide was the solution.

This seemed like it would work but didn't fit my bow. Stopper was too long and string impacted causing the stopper to go flying.

Fit is perfectly snug. Works better than original.

This thing is great. I popped it on my Obsession Lawless and it changed the noise level a lot. Not it just sounds like im just plucking the string when i shoot.

Is as item description states. nothing real fancy, replaces the original on my bow.

The first time I shot my bow with this in place I thought something was wrong because my bow was SO much quieter.It fit my Diamond Infinite Edge perfectly and it will fit your bow too if your string stop rod is 3/8 inch diameter. Very good product.

hole looks small when you get it but it stretches over and fits nice and snug, seems like good quality rubber
