Ordered these after looking online into sound bathing. Not too expensive, a set. Was worried would not live up to expectations. How wrong was l . I am new to this concept of healing, so there are probably better and more expensive bowls on the market. These arrived and l was amazed by how big they are ,and how heavy they are. They came well boxed, packed up to the hilt. The bowls are individually wrapped in a shaped unit in side the bags. 4 in one and 3 in the other. The bags are strong and have carry handles. With zips. Two straight bars for striking bowls and two round mallets. Checked them all over when they arrived, no problems . The sound is very nice. They were ordered on the Tuesday , arrived Saturday. I am waiting on a book to arrive , so l can set them out and use them to their full potential. Personally l am over the moon with them. And looking forward to many happy hours of making then ring. Everyone is looking at me to do sound bathing for them. I am going to be as happy doing this for someone else as l am for my own benefit. If you get this set l hope it gives you as much joy as it has me at this moment.

First of all, the bowls are round at the bottom, like a dome so they roll around. The little rubber circles don't really do a lot for the lighter bowls which just wobble.The most disappointing thing though is the smaller of the 2 bowls just do not have a clear tone at all, especially the smallest of the lot. I just don't like the sound, it's very unpleasant. No clarity whatsoever. I just don't use those ones. The larger 3 are very nice indeed though.I do wish I had spent more and got a full set of higher quality.
