Last boodk, "Pretty Things" was the most exciting and fast moving, and tense. Loved the series and last book was the best. :) Every book I've read of his and also ones written with y Riley Hart were very ggod. This last book of the series was my favorite! :) He is reallly a good author! Review: May / December - I love may / December romances and this one is a beauty. It has past abuse issues, abandonment issues, commitment issues and trust issues. Also with Jesse being Eric's son's best friend, when all was revealed, the sense of hurt and betrayal was immense. With therapy and time issues are worked through one step at a time.

Loved it!
Well Devon did it again. I really loved these two MC and would probably like to see more in the future. I would've liked it if Eric had been more angry at Trisha in the end, but really what's done is done. So I think it turned out as it should've. Ty had the right amount of anger toward both Eric and Jesse. I actually think Eric shoulda told Ty about his issues so maybe he'd understand more about why he was as distant as he was. Maybe even went to councilling with his dad and talked out how they felt..but all in all I loved the story.

Ummmm... Not a Fan sorry Devon
First off, it literally took me weeks to read this one. I got bored every time I started up again. I absolutely love Devon’s writing so I feel “ok” saying “ this just wasn’t my cup of tea.” I felt like it dragged in spots. Ty’s unyielding hatred was tiresome for me. Eric having to tell the very much ex-wife about his relationship with Jesse was not needed. Frankly, I was annoyed he bothered. Maybe I’m an awful person but it was none of her damn business in my opinion. Honestly, same goes for Ty. I’ve never been in Jesse and Eric’s position and I mean, it IS a fictional story so I’m allowed to gain whatever feelings I gain from it. I guess it rubbed me the wrong way. I liked Eric and Jesse dealing with Eric’s past. They were still hot and all... just... like I said, I got bored. Doesn’t mean I won’t read Devon’s next “ latest greatest”. He’s a phenomenal writer for sure.

To watch how their relationship and connection grows and the love that they feel for each other
iIlove the continuation of Jesse and Eric's story. To watch how their relationship and connection grows and the love that they feel for each other. The way that they can rely on each other and draw on their strengths to guide them through this maze and the pitfalls that may occur. They try to fix the chasm that has opened between them and Ty and to figure out how to navigate this new reality. I love their bond and the care with which Jesse helps and supports Eric through all of his troubles. What a great book from a truly gifted author.

5 Stars is not enough!
What a beautiful ending. I would’ve asked for a better Happy Ever After. Finally, Eric and Jesse confront their demons. They hurt their loved ones and it’s the time to rectify their wrong doings. Love can deal with everything and their relationship is stronger due to their love. Understanding, communication, love and hot sexy times are the key for a perfect relationship and that’s what they have because they worked for that. Don’t miss out this beautiful Happy Ever After!

This series continues to impress! I love the dynamic between Jesse and Eric, and the obvious love in addition to the chemistry between them. The way Jesse loves and supports Eric through everything is beautifully written too. This book delves further into how their relationship affects those around them, such as Ty, Ty's mother, and Jesse's parents as well. I didn't quite understand why Ty's mother got so upset at Eric, especially after she kept Ty a secret for so many years, but turns out she has issues and jealousies that she'll need to sort out in time as well. I'm looking forward to the next and final book in the series, and to see how Eric progresses with his therapy. I definitely look forward to more from this author as well.

Second of two and Devon McCormack ramps up the emotion again. Eric's secret becomes too much to bear and the cracks begin to show. Jesse, beautiful old soul in a young body, supports, encourages and just loves on his man. They both face a difficult issue with Ty, but ultimately their love, like all good love stories, wins through. Devon's writing draws you into the world he's created; I wept for and with Eric and Jesse. I smiled and laughed with them too. I was totally immersed in their lives. Fantastic, amazing book.

If you read the previous book, do not bother to buy this one. Nothing will be resolved. There are many detoures. Nothing is solved and it reads like we progress with the protagonists in real time. Even the sex scenes are like on repeat. Do Not Buy This Book. I want my money and more than that my time I spent reading this book back. As you can tell I am very disappointed.

Yes, you made my day discovering BFF 1 and BFF 2. The former in italian version the latter in original version. Loved them both. I couldn't wait till June to read the translation and so I adventured with this second volume. I do advise it. A lot to think of .... But with pleasure !

I do love Eric and Jesse. Jesse is an old soul and so caring, he's the perfect man to help Eric through his troubles. I was kind of expecting those troubles to be resolved in this book. I was definitely taken by surprise by that ending..again!
