This rack attached leg extension/leg curl is a pretty good piece to have in your home gym if you have a power rack. It's heavy...this is definitely BETTER than 14-gauge steel. The item I received didn't include assembly instructions, but you can pretty much figure out how to assemble the pieces based on the product photos. To save you some rework, one thing to keep in mind is that the shorter of the 2 included rollers attaches to the part near the number "8" towards the top of the lever. One potential drawback is that the product description lists the max weight capacity at 175lbs, which is great for reps but not necessarily for continuous strength building. Despite this, it's space saving feature makes it an asset to my home gym set up.

this is a great little attachment for you rack for leg curls and extensions but obviously not gym quality but i recommend using this with resistance bands attached to it so it makes it feel more like a gym machine. i love it so far and is very nice to have. quality is obviously great and should last many many years.
