I am writing to request a return for an iPad I recently purchased. Although the device charges normally, it keeps shutting off unexpectedly, making it unusable.Despite having a full battery, the iPad powers off on its own, and I have attempted basic troubleshooting with no success. Given this persistent issue, I would like to return the item or request a replacement.

The device is very bad, The battery doesn't charge, there is a crack on the screen and black dots as well as a small hair under the screen, I never recommend this
