After painting my bedroom white I struggled trying to find the right lamp for a bedside table that wouldn’t get lost against a white wallI wanted something modern looking but still timeless without looking “overdone” ...as In “trying too hard”. So based on reviews I thought this could be the look I need. I’m super happy - it truly does adjust at 3 points (the globe, the arcing arm, and the height). The bulb provided gives plenty of light maybe even a bit brighter than I need.This looks vintage - almost exactly like a chrome one I found for my sons apartment - I however like the brushed nickel look better for my roomI would definitely buy again

Does exactly what I need. The lamp has a nice satan finish and was simple to assemble. The power switch seems a bit spartan however; they could have used a touch activated switch instead of the ugly floor switch, but it gets the job done. I'm disappointed the balance of the lamp is off. I use the lamp fully extended and it won't stand up on its own like that. It's not an issue for me as I slipped the marble stand under my baseboard heat strip, but you should be aware it won't balance with the included bulb when you fully extend the curved arm.

This lamp satisfied our need for reading and writing activities in an area that needed direct lighting. Great value and good quality.

We love ours! It’s very cute and sturdy. I will say though it’s super bright. The light bulb it comes with is a cool white, so we switched for a warmer one. It’s been a great addition to our living room still. Been very helpful for reading/studying.

The lamp certainly looks great in the picture, and it arrived quickly. But I should have known something was up when I pulled opened the box and pulled out the Styrofoam packing: It disintegrated at my touch, and it took me 20 minutes to clean up the bits that flew everywhere. Then I tried to put the thing together. The stem parts seemed fine if a little stiff to work with. But when I tried to attach the lampshade, everything went pear-shaped. The three plastic rings that were supposed to keep the shade attached to the stem were both fragile and extremely poorly made; the grooves that should match up for the thing to screw together don't match up, and the whole thing kept screwing off-kilter, and when I tightened it, one piece chipped and part of it broke right off. But it seemed salvageable. After 15 minutes of trying to make the thing stay, I thought I'd gotten it done correctly. Then I tried to move the "fully adjustable" shade on its hinge, but that hinge was so stiff that I had put some weight into moving it, and this led to all of the shade pieces to pop off because, as I mentioned, they weren't capable of being screwed together. The thing is piece of junk, and I'm sending it all back, because I want them to have to suffer the Styrofoam tsunami as punishment for putting me through all of this.

This is a decent floor lamp. Sturdy and quite attractive but, it doesn’t exactly fit my specs for the space I intended it. My fault on that count. The switch is in a dumb location pretty near the plug. Returning would be a hassle so I will find another use for it. The packaging was a monster PINA. Styrofoam fell apart everywhere with the slightest touch. Might have inhaled some. My dog was wearing beads of it.
